We are adding a Sales Engineer devoted to the SMB section
answerable for positioning and selling Duo Security's two-factor verification
product in the field. We need a specialist solutions engineer with a

cases. You should have 2+ years of experience with jobs that require direct
technical client communication, for example, Professional Services, Sales
Engineering, or Solutions Engineering background.
What you'll do...
Give technical counseling to SMB prospects with up to 500
representatives
Be a resident subject matter expert on Duo Security and
products we incorporate with including Microsoft Active Directory, VPNs,
Windows Server, Cloud Applications and the sky is the limit from there.
Convey effective proof-of-ideas, adoption planning, and
counseling interactions.
Set up and maintain technical believability with
possibilities and existing customers
Assemble very close associations with clients to help
advance deals
Effectively speak with engineering and product marketing
regarding developing client necessities in the marketplace
Improve the client's experience through online classes, workshops and written documentation.
