Amazon Says 30,000 Employees Have Used 'Upskilling' Program Amazon said 30,000 of its workers have taken an interest in the organization's Career Choice program, which pays 95 per cent of the educational cost and expenses for skills training for a qualification sought after fields. The organization said it has spent $60 million on the "upskilling" program, which allows its bleeding-edge representatives to secure positions somewhere else.
