  • Managing clients and users at all levels

The Service Desk Technician will be answerable for:

  • Giving desktop troubleshooting
  • Keeping PC offices secure
  • Equipment configuration
  • Maintaining IT Infrastructure and related facilities
  • Reacting immediately to incidents, organizing logs
  • Raising issues, where fitting
  • Offering remote support over various sites
  • Staying up with the latest
