JOB SUMMARY:

The Software Help Desk Associate I fills in as the voice of our business's software products to our internal and external clients. FUNDAMEMTAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use Zendesk to manage client feedback and start change requests
  • Troubleshoot and analyze possible system defects

  • Make definite Jira tickets to report production support tickets, events and system defects
  • Review the entry level of all clients on a quarterly basis
