JOB SUMMARY:
The Software Help Desk Associate I fills in as the voice of
our business's software products to our internal and external clients. Promote
client satisfaction through responsive troubleshooting of client support
requests, system issues and change requests. Fill in as the interaction link
between the business and development team to rapidly resolve production issues
and stay up with the latest.
FUNDAMEMTAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Become a subject master expert in all parts of the supported systems
- Provide brief real-time client support by means of Zendesk and client communications
- Use Zendesk to manage client feedback and start change requests
- Troubleshoot and analyze possible system defects

- Make definite Jira tickets to report production support tickets, events and system defects
- Review the entry level of all clients on a quarterly basis
